Membership Agreement
The Membership Agreement below was developed by Christ Church - Anglican, Overland Park in order for us to be a mission church under them. Being a mission church of CCA - Overland Park allows us to be under Archbishop Henry Orombi, bishop of Kampala (Uganda). The Agreement is for individuals to complete and sign and give to Rich Henningson who will forward them to D.O. Smart at Overland Park.

Family Information Form
CCA - Overland Park would like for the folks that filled out and signed the Christ Church Anglican Covenant to also fill out the CCA Family Information Form so that their contact information will be on file with CCA - Overland Park. You can give these forms to Rich Henningson who will forward them to Overland Park.
